Are you okay?

In tech, we normalize exhaustion. We ship despite the burnout. We automate everything except care.

This isn’t a rant or a guide. Just a human pause.

Lately, I’ve seen people fade behind green status lights. Answer tickets while breaking down. Laugh on calls, then fall silent after the “Leave Meeting” click. Not because they’re weak. Because no one saw past “I’m good.”
