Like in the morning I decide 3 things, update README, add any feature and read any article. But when I start working I end up wasting my time with something else as I don't have any particular deadline. Sometimes I forget what I needed to do. I couldn't find any website or application to keep my day to day tasks handy

If you primarily use your browser, then use momentum Todo list by the bottom left corner to write your todos.

Also, try to time yourself. If you're conscious of time, you won't waste time on irrelevant things.
