So not too long ago, I built a website for my dad's company and although both parties were happy with the result, I personally felt the need to improve on how I approach future projects to increase efficiency and maximize productivity.
I would like to know, as a freelancer, How do you plan your web development projects for clients. What is the workflow? Do you sit with the client and go through each section of the webpage ,discussing what color should that be or what size should that text be? Things like that.
