I have several vibe coded apps with no serious organic usage. Should I pivot or buy users via ads?
All the 3 apps are commodity apps solving a very narrow problem. I am discouraged by the fact that there are no signups despite launching the product in multiple launch sites?
What should I do? Promote via ads or Find some other idea to build?

Great framework for thinking about this decision. I think the key signal is whether your retention metrics are healthy before you consider advertising. If users sign up and stay, but acquisition is the bottleneck, then advertising makes sense. But if retention itself is weak, no amount of marketing spend will fix the underlying product-market fit issue. We learned this the hard way — spent months optimizing our funnel before realizing the real problem was that our core value proposition was not landing with users. Fixed that first, then growth followed naturally.
