A question about 'Algorithm'

twitter logo ・1 min read

Quick question,

i started learning coding 1 month ago(ish)

So, Is it ok if i see the Algorithm of a certain lesson and turn them to codes? or should i just have try to code without seeing the Algorithm first?

I feel like this isn't the right way to learn.

so I'm just wondering, and hopefully i get the answer, thanks.

I feel like the correct section for this would be #help, but anyway :)
Coding is a slow process that redifines the way you think and see the world. Feel free to experiment at the beginning, build what you like, then you will naturally hit some points that will make you think and ask questions like this. Are you following a structured course? If this is the case, just go along the teacher. In the other case, do what is more natural to you. I really suggest to choose a language and do a quick course on it, with coursera or something like that :)

dev.to now has dark theme. 🌝

Go to the "misc" section of your settings and select night theme

P.S. It's also the best place to talk code amongst thoughtful developers, and it's totally open source.
