The EU passes a new law that will affect developers not only in the EU, but worldwide.
The law provides for many mechanisms that are primarily intended to protect the rights of consumers. But I also see a lot of potential for abuse in this law.
I know that developers don't have that much to do with laws, but if you offer certain services or are responsible for implementing them, you also have to deal with that.
