I’ve recently started spending more time learning about computer science and programming, and I wanted to share a little about my journey.
As a beginner, I’m trying to focus on understanding the fundamentals instead of rushing through topics just to finish them. I’ve been exploring areas like programming concepts, problem-solving, data structures, and web development.
One thing I’m learning is that progress can feel slow sometimes, especially when a concept doesn’t make sense right away. But I’ve found that practicing consistently and building small projects helps me understand things much better.
I’m still at the beginning of my journey, so I’m looking forward to learning from the DEV Community and hearing about other people’s experiences.
For those who have studied computer science or learned programming on their own, what is one thing you wish you had focused on more when you were just starting?
