What are GIF buttons?
Have You ever come across those GIF buttons? Usually usually you'll find them on retro sites such as neocities's sites or any other early web styled web. They're just simple GIF with 88x31 size

How to make one?
Its the main problem I came across when I first started looking for one so there's no site on the internet at least I couldnt find any even after looking very hard that gives u option to put ur custom gif and text and then export it as a GIF button...At the end these Sites would always export ur button in a static button instead of a GIF Image
SO after researching alot at then end I decided to have mine one
