Inevitably, some people will register a large number of accounts and publish malicious content, which will occupy the whole website。
Can it be set that the content published by a new user needs to be approved by the administrator before it is displayed?

we don't approve content but we curate content. As moderators we keep an eye on all the published content and we take appropriate action in case we find malicious or bad content.
You are also invited to flag any content you see suspicious and we will take a look at it.
Your idea is cool.
but
If the manager or moderator cannot manage the content immediately, the offending content will spread throughout the entire website for a period of time.
I think there is a need for a content review function. Some people may not need to use it, but this function is very meaningful.
For example, my country has very strict content supervision, and I need such a content review function. Once malicious content appears on the website, the entire website may be shut down.
Similar to a newly registered user, the content it publishes needs to be reviewed by the administrator or moderator before it can be displayed.
the offending content will spread throughout the entire website for a period of time. --> this is not really an issue as far as we can delete the content at any time.
Reviewing content need a lot of effort and will make the publishing very slow. It won't be a good idea for such website because no one will want to get blocked on each new post until a review.
This logic is used in a lot of websites and it worked. I also curate content on StackOverflow and malicious content is added all the time and deleted right after.
