I have an RX 6500 XT and I was never sure if my CPU would hold it back.
So I made a small tool in Python. You type your GPU and the clocks you want to try, and it estimates the gain and the power draw. There's also a window that checks CPU + GPU for PCIe loss and bottleneck %.
What it does
- Estimates memory bandwidth and TFLOPS, stock vs OC
- Estimates extra power draw and PSU load
- Offline list of 259 GPUs
- CPU + GPU compatibility check: PCIe link and bottleneck % at 720p to 4K
- 10 themes
Honest limits
Everything is an estimate, not a benchmark. It's a beta, and some GPU entries are marked UNVERIFIED.

It's free, MIT license, Windows only. I'm one person making this, so if a number looks wrong for your card, tell me the card and the numbers and I'll fix it
i wish you like it!
