3 weeks ago, I registered a domain. Today: €51K revenue, 102 orders, 21 countries.
$0 in marketing spend. 2-person team. And here's the wild part — our product runs our company.
What We Built
ClawBox is a €549 AI assistant that runs 24/7 on your desk. NVIDIA Jetson, 67 TOPS of AI compute, 20W power draw. It runs OpenClaw (open source) with local voice processing + cloud APIs for reasoning.
Then we did something unusual: we used ClawBox to run the entire business.

Cost: €200/month vs hiring 4-5 people at €6,500-8,500/month.
