3 weeks ago, I registered a domain. Today: €51K revenue, 102 orders, 21 countries.

$0 in marketing spend. 2-person team. And here's the wild part — our product runs our company.

What We Built

ClawBox is a €549 AI assistant that runs 24/7 on your desk. NVIDIA Jetson, 67 TOPS of AI compute, 20W power draw. It runs OpenClaw (open source) with local voice processing + cloud APIs for reasoning.

Then we did something unusual: we used ClawBox to run the entire business.

What It Automates Daily

Customer Support (80% automated)

  • Auto-detects language, responds naturally
  • Escalates complex issues to humans

Shipping & Logistics (95% automated)

  • Generates DHL Express labels
  • Creates customs declarations for non-EU orders
  • Sends tracking emails
  • Handles EU VAT across 27 countries

Invoicing & Finance

  • PDF invoices (reverse charge, OSS, domestic)

The Numbers

The Key Insight

AI does 90% of the work. Humans do 100% of the verification.

Every email is drafted by AI, reviewed by a human. Every shipping label generated automatically, confirmed before printing. This isn't autonomy — it's augmented productivity.

Cost: €200/month vs hiring 4-5 people at €6,500-8,500/month.

Try It

Built by 2 guys in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. No VC. No ads. Just a product that runs itself.
