Meta's personal AI agent Muse gives every new user a shot at 1 billion free tokens — but only if you redeem an invite code within 48 hours of joining. Miss the window and the option disappears for good. Here's exactly how to do it, in order.
Step 1: Create your Muse account first
Go to muse.ai/join and sign up (currently open in the US and Canada, 18+). Don't explore the app yet — the clock starts the moment your account exists.
Step 2: Redeem the code immediately
- On the web (muse.ai): Settings → General → Usage → Redeem invite code
- In the app: Settings → Redeem token
Enter this code:
M9SRH0
Hit Redeem and you should see 1,000,000,000 tokens added to your balance. Full disclosure: it's my invite code, so I get 1 billion tokens too — that's exactly why I'm sharing it. It still has all 30 uses left at the time of writing.
Step 3: Actually use them
Ideas people are using Muse for right now: inbox triage, turning messy notes into documents, price comparisons before a purchase, trip planning with real bookings tracked, and background research tasks that run while you do other things.
Rules worth knowing (learned the hard way)
- One code per account. You can't stack two codes.
- 48 hours is strict. No retroactive redemption, no exceptions I've seen.
- Each code caps at ~30 redemptions. If one says "limit reached", grab another from a pool.
- Tokens don't expire and stack on top of the free weekly allowance.
FAQ
Is Muse free? Yes, with a weekly usage limit; the invite bonus is a one-off 1B tokens on top.
The redeem option isn't showing. You're likely past 48 hours, or on an outdated app version — update first.
Wrong region? Muse rolled out in the US first and is still expanding; an invite code can't bypass regional availability.
If M9SRH0 ever runs out, community pools like Built with Muse or Muse CN Hub keep fresh lists — but while it lasts, you're welcome to use mine. Good luck, and redeem before you start playing with the app.
