“Aion 2 interactive map” searches often want live pins. The November 4 pages on this site answer a narrower farming question: which region and named camp should I check, using a dated camp ledger — not a live navigation atlas.

What the interactive ledger is (and is not)
The locations tool filters ten archived camps by region, camp/pet name, and optional listed level band. It has:
- No live pins, player tracking, coordinates, or respawn timers.
- Region totals that count pets with at least one listed area (a pet can appear in more than one region).
- Density as pet monsters within 50 m from a single attributed extract — not souls/hour.
Region picture from the live reward extract framing on the site:
| Region | Pets in the reward extract (as labeled on-page) |
|---|---|
| Verteron | 103 |
| Altgard | 100 |
| Chaotic Lower Reshanta | 13 |
Eltnen, Morheim, and later zones are absent from this reward extract — absence is a source gap, not proof those maps have no pets.
Density shortlist (snapshot, not a yield promise)
Camp density cited from Raid Relay, Global client launcher 27, 14 October 2026 (retained on the pages; editorial map workflow reviewed 4 November 2026 without turning the extract into a live-server measurement):
Examples called out on the guides:
- Fafnite Deposit (Altgard) — density 57; spawn-count list includes Swarm 45, Parasite Swarm 6, Mudthorn 6 (level band 35–36).
- Eternal Isle (Verteron) — density 55 (Kerubar / Kerubian / Kerubiel packs in the location table).
- Other Verteron camps in the ten-row table include Contaminated Marsh, Northern Tolbas Forest, Crimson Isle east/west; Altgard also lists Purifying Forest, Western Gribade Highland, Spirit Isle, Immortal Isle.
Density and separate pet spawn counts need not add up. MetaBot-style “distinct mounts per zone” numbers will not match this 50 m measure.
Map workflow in four steps
From the aion-2-map guide:
- Read the game map inward — confirm client region, zone name, unlocked travel, and monster spelling. Translations differ; match more than one name.
- Match the ledger to Verteron, Altgard, or the partial Reshanta set before comparing camp totals.
- Read density as a snapshot — shortlist only; level, access, competition, and kill time can reverse the practical order.
- Run a small field check — record pet, monster, camp, character level, client version; sample kills and inventory changes yourself.
Worked filter example on the guide: Altgard + “Swarm” + level 35 → Fafnite Deposit row. Then open Altgard pet records and the Swarm source row before farming. Chaotic Lower Reshanta may show pet records without density camp rows in this snapshot — an empty filter is a coverage gap, not proof of zero pets.
Where-to-farm caveats
The short where-to-farm page adds honesty markers worth repeating:
- Almost every located pet in the extract sits in Verteron or Altgard; Reshanta is a smaller set.
- Elite Grind Lab’s same-level kill note (~one soul per kill in their play; grey names much less) is a third-party playtest note, not the site’s controlled test. The extracted table lists 1% on named monsters — both statements can coexist if 1% is a client weight and real rate scales with level; this project did not re-test it.
- Some rows list drop monsters but no area (source-page parse gaps) → location unverified.
- Some pets have no reward-table source; some are flagged unreleased maps; Special pets may have no soul item — a camp listing alone does not establish a Special soul source.
Checklist before a farming session
- [ ] Open locations; filter region → name → optional level.
- [ ] Cross-read map workflow and where to farm.
- [ ] Confirm camp + monster names in the in-game map (navigation stays in-client).
- [ ] Check the individual pet’s acquisition / soul status before chasing densest camps.
- [ ] Keep source dates (14–15 Oct extracts; 4 Nov editorial review) visible in your notes.
