"FOOT IN THE DOOR" what "code" can get out into web design fastest/ best?

what position,
is best to look for, when your proficient in a certain language? what do people look for?
what language can get you a stable "foot in the door" ...vs.... "ehh, "see how you like it",

im not really liking frontend that much because of how many variations... to a button there is.
BUT i do like seeing interactions,
unless, if you can't see it, i like where it can be caught to "make it work" sooner.
