Front/Back, API, DESKTOP, MOBILE, DATA, which is the most stable? Or, dosnt have that many changes?

React, Vue, Python, Django, GraphQL, MongoBD, Pandas, Numpy, Machine Learning, Datascience.... they all interest me. BUT....
I don’t like styling.

So, which one, that may have more steps, is best with “getting something done” but, isn’t repetitive with including something... somewhere else, that you have to keep in mind as your going through code.

Django... seems to make a quick access to objects to loop through them, in fewer steps, especially, when you “ADD” something, it’s just a “submit” vs, how react or vue is.
