How to self-learn Automation Testing Skill as a non-IT person?

Hi friends,
I’ve been working as a flight attendant for 7 years
Because of the hardest hit by pandemic, I have had to work as a manual tester for couple months . For now I just recognize that I have to grow up my career in this IT industry by challenging myself with Automation Testing Skill
Please help me to write out any helpful information for self-learn! If somebody could help, I really appreciate!
