Wellness Planning Made Easy: Diet, Exercise & Smart Scheduling

This is a submission for the Runner H "AI Agent Prompting" Challenge

Usecase
A personalized diet and exercise planner that will help individuals across different job description who struggle to accommodate healthy habits in their lifestyle.
The planner will

  • Take user's dietary and workout details as input

  • Give a google document that will have the personally curated plan

  • Schedule events in the google calendar to alert the user
