"How much does a logo cost on Fiverr?" Ask anywhere and you'll get the same answer: "it depends."
That's technically true and completely useless. So we pulled live listings — 24 categories, 270+ gigs — and recorded what things actually cost in 2026: entry price, typical range, and what top-rated sellers charge. Every number below came from a live gig page, not a blog post from 2022.
First, the fee trap (this is where budgets die)
Fiverr's buyer-side fees in 2026:
- 5.5% service fee on every order
- A $3.50 small-order fee when the total is under $200
Run the math and something jumps out: fees are brutal on small orders and vanish into noise on big ones.
| Gig price | Fees | You actually pay | Fee as % |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5 | $3.78 | $8.78 | 75.6% |
| $10 | $4.05 | $14.05 | 40.5% |
| $20 | $4.60 | $24.60 | 23.0% |
| $50 | $6.25 | $56.25 | 12.5% |
| $100 | $9.00 | $109.00 | 9.0% |
| $199 | $14.45 | $213.45 | 7.3% |
| $200 | $11.00 | $211.00 | 5.5% |
| $500 | $27.50 | $527.50 | 5.5% |
Yes, you read that right: a $200 order costs $2.45 less than a $199 order. Cross the $200 line and the small-order fee disappears. If your cart lands just under $200, adding a small extra can literally reduce your total.

A few patterns worth knowing:
The $5 tier is real, but it's a lottery. Fine for logos, where you can absorb a miss. Terrible for anything touching your data or your ad budget.
Reviews cluster in unexpected places. Some of the most-reviewed sellers we found charge near the bottom: a social media manager with 4,636 reviews, a voice actor with 8,148 at $15. Volume economics work on Fiverr — the platform rewards sellers who standardize.
"Typical" is where value lives. In almost every category, the $25–$60 band is where four-star-and-up sellers with hundreds of reviews sit. Below that you're gambling; above it you're paying for hand-holding you may not need.
Three rules that saved us money
- Design work: get the words "editable source files" in writing. A $25 logo is worthless if you can't edit it. The $5→$1,600 spread in presentation design is mostly about who owns the files.
- Data work: buy a paid sample first. Before a 10,000-row job, pay $5–$10 for 100 rows. It's the cheapest quality filter that exists.
- Ads: audit before management. A $250 audit with a real action plan beats a $300/month manager with no baseline. If a seller won't do an audit first, that's your answer.
