Exciting news! 🎉 We’ve just released our Driftime® 2024 Impact Report, and it’s our most engaging one yet!
This year we focus on the theme of: “Just because it’s taking time, doesn’t mean it’s not happening.”
Here’s a sneak peek of our journey:
- ✅ B Corp recertification score jumped from 91 to 109.7
- 🤝 Forged partnerships driving real change
- 🏡 Opened a new gathering space
- 💪🏽 Supported £32k through donations, volunteer hours, and pro bono services
- 🎢 Experienced growth and contraction, from 7 to 10 team members and back
- 🚀 Implemented new progressive policies
- 🤯 Made tough decisions, including our first redundancy and parting ways with a toxic client
