The Comeback Story
When I first returned to LockIn AI, it was functional but far from the vision I had for it.
The core idea was already there: an AI-powered execution system that combines goals, habits, tasks, focus sessions, and coaching into one platform. However, the experience felt unfinished. Navigation wasn't smooth, pages felt empty, visual hierarchy was weak, transitions lacked polish, and the product didn't yet feel like something users would genuinely enjoy using every day.
Over the course of this challenge, I focused on transforming LockIn AI from a working prototype into a polished product.
I redesigned and refined the user interface across every major module, improved consistency throughout the design system, optimized page transitions, enhanced performance, introduced premium micro-interactions, improved empty states, strengthened the AI Coach experience, and created a more focused and immersive productivity environment.
One of the biggest improvements was shifting the mindset from simply tracking productivity to creating an execution operating system. Every page was redesigned to reinforce action, discipline, focus, and long-term consistency.
The result is a cleaner, faster, and more intelligent platform that feels significantly closer to a real-world SaaS product than the original version. LockIn AI is no longer just a collection of productivity tools—it is a unified system designed to help users turn intentions into consistent execution.
My Experience with GitHub Copilot
GitHub Copilot played a major role throughout development.
It helped accelerate UI development, component creation, code refactoring, bug fixing, and rapid iteration during the final product polish phase.
Copilot was especially useful when refining user experience, improving navigation performance, implementing animations, and maintaining consistency across the application.
