We conducted a survey of 900 reliability engineers, cloud admins, and developers to gain industry insights on cloud technology adoption. Some of the key findings were:
- 71% of respondents are unhappy with their cloud provider's monitoring capabilities
- AWS users have more concerns about monitoring gaps and the cost of monitoring than Azure users. Other findings included the perception respondents had of the different public cloud providers, the biggest concerns they had about their cloud provider's monitoring capabilities, and which cloud services were most popular.
