30 Days Of Meditation: The Unexpected Result


I started meditating expecting fewer thoughts.

That didn't happen.

Instead, I became more aware of how often attention drifts throughout the day.

After a month, the biggest improvements seem to be:

  • noticing distractions faster
  • reacting slightly less impulsively
  • becoming more aware of habits
  • feeling less mentally scattered sometimes

The thoughts are still there.

The awareness around them is what's changing.
