When can i call my self Software engineer?

Hello everyone,
i have a question and i hope anyone who have answer for this question comment me in this post because i'm really got confused
the question is "i'm a currently studying at information technology college and my major is computer Science Student and i'm in my last year , i studied many topics related to programming such as programming basics , Data structure and Algorithms and so on and my question is when can i call my self software engineer and am i software engineer actually or not ? " however i haven't work at any organization yet.
