Hey folks 👋
Today was one of those days where I connected some long-missing dots in my developer journey.
🚀 Deployment
I finally got a clear picture of how deployment actually works. Earlier, it always felt like this mysterious "black box" that just somehow made code go live. But today, breaking it down step by step, it finally clicked. Definitely one of those “ohhh, so that’s how it happens” moments.
🌀 Git Issue (finally solved!)
There was this small but persistent Git-related issue tied to a contribution I made a while back. Honestly, I kept delaying it for about a week because it looked too complicated. But today I sat down, watched YouTube tutorials, searched StackOverflow, and yes—asked ChatGPT 😅
And finally… solved it! 🎉
🔧 Backend Exploration
Now this is the real win for me.
Backend has always looked extraordinary—almost intimidating. The big files, the folder structures, the endless code blocks. I could never visualize how it all came together.
But your gurl is finally learning that thing! Step by step, it’s starting to make sense. Instead of fear, I’m actually getting curious about how it all connects. And that’s a huge shift for me.
🔁 DSA Revision
Also revised Loop Detection today — one of those classic concepts that always sharpens problem-solving muscles. Felt good to revisit and reinforce it!
Some days are just about clearing blockers.
But today was about clearing a blocker + exploring something that once felt impossible.
Feels good ✨
Key Takeaway 🗝️
Backend isn’t as intimidating once you start breaking it down. Deployment and Git issues can seem like huge blockers, but persistence (and the internet’s help) will eventually get you through. Small progress compounds into big wins.
Until tomorrow,
Akshita 🌸
