Repeated address forms are easy to get wrong when you use both work and personal details. OGAD (Off Grid AI Desktop) lets you store identity records in its local Pro Vault and use the paired browser extension to fill supported forms.
Create separate records for each address you use. You choose the record and review the filled fields before you submit the page. A saved identity does not submit an order or decide which address belongs on a form.

What can an identity record contain?
An identity item can hold Full name, Email, Phone, Company, Address, Address line 2, City, State or region, Postal code, and Country. Its Name identifies the record inside the Vault.
That distinction helps with two common cases. “Home deliveries” can be the item name while your full name goes in the form. “Studio billing” can use the same person with a different company, email, and address.
Store only the details you need for that record. Do not use a notes field as a substitute for a supported address field and expect the browser to infer what it means.
Set up the browser connection
Install OGAD, set up its Pro Vault, and pair the browser extension. The desktop app must be running and its Vault must be unlocked when you use saved records in the browser.
This is a local desktop Vault workflow. It does not require an AI model to invent or interpret your address. It also does not imply that the address is available on every other computer or phone you own.
For the first fill, choose a form you can inspect without sending it. A draft contact form or your own account's editable address page is easier to check than the final step of a purchase.
Create two clearly named records
- In the browser Vault, start a New item and choose the identity type.
- Enter a clear Name, such as “Home — delivery address.”
- Put your details in the matching fields.
- Check the postal code, country, and any apartment or unit number.
- Choose Save and reopen the item to check the saved values.
- If needed, create a separate “Work — billing address” item.
Use Folder or Favorite to make frequently used items easier to find. Keep naming consistent so that the correct record is obvious before you reveal or fill its contents.
Do not put both home and work addresses in one address field. Separate records let you choose deliberately and make the filled result easier to check.
Fill and review a supported form
Open the intended website and display its address form. Choose the correct identity in the extension, then select Fill on this page. Check the visible result before you continue.
Review the name, street, unit, region, postal code, and country. Also check whether the page copied the shipping address into a separate billing section. That behavior belongs to the website and may depend on a checkbox outside the fields the Vault filled.
Some forms separate a full name into two fields or use a country selector with their own labels. Some require a region only after you choose a country. Correct these fields yourself if the website did not accept the supplied value.
Filling is a convenience, not a validation service. The Vault does not prove that a parcel can reach an address or that a company's billing rules accept it.
Keep form submission under your control
The extension checks the page context before it fills supported fields. It can refuse insecure pages, cross-origin form destinations, cross-origin frames, and fields that are hidden, covered, disabled, or off-screen.
If a fill is refused, check the address bar and open the website's normal form. Do not copy personal information into an unexpected frame simply to get past the refusal. If a legitimate form is unsupported, enter the necessary fields manually after you check the site.
Changing tabs or navigating can also change the target. Select the record again on the page where you intend to use it. The presence of a saved identity does not authorize the browser to fill every page you visit.
Fix common address mistakes
| Problem | Useful check |
|---|---|
| Work details appear on a home form | Check the selected item name before filling again |
| Unit number is missing | Check Address line 2 and the site's separate unit field |
| Country or region is blank | Choose the site's supported selector value |
| Old address keeps appearing | Update the saved identity and check the website's own saved address |
Editing the Vault item changes the local saved record. It does not automatically update the addresses already stored in shopping, billing, or customer accounts. Update those services separately when necessary.
Make the first record useful today
Open OGAD and save one address you enter often. Fill a form without submitting it, compare every field, then add a second identity only if you need one. That gives you a checked starting point without mixing work and personal details.
