To be fair, Notion Business buys a whole workspace, not only meeting notes. If you already pay for it, the notes cost you nothing extra. If you'd upgrade only for the notes, the table is what that costs.
Where your call goes
Notion lists the sub-processors it uses to record, transcribe and summarise: OpenAI, Anthropic, Fireworks, Baseten, X.AI and AssemblyAI. It says they don't store the audio, and it keeps a retry copy for up to 3 days if processing fails.
That's a clear policy. It is still six outside companies hearing your call. With OGAD and local models selected, the audio, the transcript and the summary stay on your disk.
You can still keep Notion

If your company is already on Notion Business, the notes are included, they land straight in shared pages, and your team can see them right away. Notion also offers recording on its phone app through the microphone.
If you're on Notion's Free or Plus plan, take calls offline, or don't want outside AI companies hearing your meetings, use OGAD and send the result to Notion when you approve it.
