How Reflect works
- Turn on capture in Replay with Resume capture. OGAD saves moments from your screen as you work, on your disk.
- A local model reads each moment and notes the app, the project and the people involved.
- Open Reflect. You see your day by project, app and person, plus your focus time.
- Switch to the week view to see where your time goes over several days.
You can exclude apps from capture, pause it, and delete any moment. On Windows and Linux you can run the analysis overnight, so your computer stays fast while you work.
