Apple Pop-up issue

Hello,
I have a problem with my 3DVista tour that I published as a web version.
The tour includes videos, and a popup always appears in every panorama that contains a video.
I made sure the video volume is set to 0, but the videos are set to autoplay based on the client’s request.
Is there any way to prevent the popup from appearing while still keeping the videos autoplaying?
