β°οΈ Every Developer Has a Graveyard. I Decided to Build One.
How many GitHub repositories do you have that started with...
"This is going to change everything."
...and ended with:

As developers, we don't just build products.
We also collect unfinished dreams.
So instead of hiding them, I built a place where they can finally rest...
πͺ¦ Introducing: Side-Project Graveyard & Rebirth
A haunted digital graveyard where abandoned side projects receive the farewell they deserveβand maybe... a second chance at life.
π¬ How it Works
β°οΈ Step 1 β Bury Your Project
Submit your abandoned GitHub repository or simply describe your unfinished project.
The platform transforms it into a unique digital tombstone inside a haunted graveyard.
π€ Step 2 β AI Writes Its Last Words
Google Gemini analyzes your repository structure, code, or description to generate a hilarious, brutally honest developer eulogy.
Example: "CryptoSamosa... It dreamed of becoming the Swiggy of Web3. Sadly, it survived only until the payment gateway integration crashed."
ποΈ Step 3 β Hear the Spooky Funeral
Using ElevenLabs, the eulogy is converted into a dramatic, tear-jerking voice narration complete with spooky background ambience. Your failed project literally gets its own acoustic funeral.
πΈ Step 4 β Bring It Back to Life (The Crypto-Twist)
Think your project still deserves a shot? Visitors can click the Revive Project button and back it using community funding via Solana Devnet.
π’ Once funded, the tombstone starts glowing.
β‘ The project status flips to Resurrected!
π Step 5 β The Mausoleum of Insights
Instead of just being a graveyard, we turn failure into data. Powered by a Snowflake-inspired analytics dashboard, it tracks:
π Top Causes of Death: (AWS Bill Shock, Feature Creep, Lost Motivation, Copilot Overdose)
π Resurrection Ratio: How many projects successfully backflip out of the grave.
π° Total Devnet Funding Raised.
π‘ Why I Built This
Every influencer talks about successful startups. Nobody talks about the 20 side projects that died in production before that one success.
I wanted to celebrate failure instead of hiding it. Because every abandoned repository contains:
βοΈ New frameworks you learned
βοΈ Hard-earned architectural mistakes
βοΈ Lessons for your next weekend build
Failure isn't the opposite of success; itβs just part of your commit history
π The Tech Stack Powerhouse
π€ Google Gemini AI: To read the dead code and write personalized emotional eulogies.
π ElevenLabs: For dramatic, high-quality voice acting for the funerals.
βοΈ Solana Devnet: Community-powered web3 resurrection mechanics.
π Snowflake (Simulation): Crunching the graveyard data for insights.
βοΈ React + Tailwind: For that smooth, immersive haunted UI experience.
