If your AI agent is replacing a perfectly good ‘Freeze Card’ button, you probably don’t need an AI agent.

The value of the AI agent appears when the users goal is broader than a single known button. For example:

“I lost my wallet. Help me secure everything.”
“I think my card was stolen in Spain. What should I do?”
“Freeze the affected card, check recent transactions, tell me which ones look suspicious, and help me raise a dispute.”
“My card was declined three times today. Work out whether it is frozen, expired, blocked for fraud, or has insufficient funds.”

Now the agent can interpret intent and orchestrate several capabilities:
