π I Launched My First Android App β CoinFlow (Open Testing Now Live)
After months of late-night development sessions, debugging, redesigning, and rethinking UX decisionsβ¦ I finally published my first Android app on Google Play π
Itβs called CoinFlow.

π‘ Why I Built It
As someone who likes to track expenses and manage multiple wallets, I noticed something:
Most finance apps felt either:
Too complicated
Too cluttered
Heavy and slow
Or uncomfortable from a privacy perspective
So I decided to build something that is:
β Clean
β Modern
β Privacy-first
β Focused on essential features
β Smooth and intuitive
π What CoinFlow Does
CoinFlow is a personal finance app that helps you:
π° Manage multiple wallets (with currency support)
π Track budgets with progress indicators
π― Set financial goals
π Handle recurring transactions
πΈ Attach receipts to transactions
π Organize categories, tags, filters
π€ Export everything to Excel
π Protect data with PIN (stored locally, not on servers)
All financial data stays on the device. No server tracking. No external data processing.
π¨ Design Approach
I focused heavily on UI/UX.
The design includes:
Glass-morphism inspired UI
Smooth transitions
Dark theme optimized for comfort
Clear financial visual hierarchy
I wanted it to feel like a premium product while still being simple.
π§ What I Learned
Shipping your first app teaches you a lot:
UX decisions matter more than feature count
Edge cases are endless
Performance tuning takes time
Testing on different devices reveals surprises
Publishing on Google Play is a journey by itself
Most importantly:
Done is better than perfect.
π¬ Now in Open Testing
CoinFlow is currently in Open Testing, which means anyone can install and test it.
I would genuinely appreciate feedback on:
UX clarity
Performance
Missing features
Confusing flows
Bugs (especially edge cases)
If youβre willing to try it out, hereβs the link again:

π± Whatβs Next?
Iβm planning to:
Improve analytics (privacy-safe)
Add more financial insights
Introduce smarter budgeting logic
Continue polishing UX based on feedback
If youβve ever published your first app, you know how nerve-wracking it feels.
Any feedback, even critical, is welcome π
Thanks for reading.
