I got tired of "awesome-ai-tools" lists that were either outdated, unranked, or buried promo content. So I built a simple directory of open-source AI dev tools — ranked by actual GitHub stars, not vibes.
61 tools across 15 categories:
- AI Coding Agents (OpenHands, OpenInterpreter)
- Browser Automation (browser-use, Skyvern)
- RAG & Knowledge Base (RagFlow, AnythingLLM)
- Multi-Agent Frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph)
- Image Generation (Stable Diffusion WebUI, ComfyUI)
- MCP & Skills, LLM Runtime (Ollama, AutoGPT)
- Vector DB, Document Processing (MarkItDown), TTS, and more
Each tool has its own page with stars, category, and related tools. Data pulled from GitHub API. There's also a search box to filter by name/description.

I'd love feedback:
- Is the categorization sensible?
- What tools am I missing?
- Would a "best X for Y" comparison view be more useful than a flat directory?
Be brutal — this is v1.
