Have you ever tried uploading a file with the arduino and GSM from an SD card? I have started some work on it using Sim800l and I invite collaborators and advisers on how to perfect it and enable sending of larger data sets on my repo here.
So far, the code can upload a file with some fewer lines and I have tested it with around 10 in a csv file.
