The 5 Life Lessons my AI Agent Taught Me (That Have Nothing to Do with Code)

We spend so much time teaching AI, but lately, my AI has been teaching me. Here are 5 things I learned from "The Merginator" this week:

  1. "I'll fix it later" is a lie: My agent never says this. It either fixes it now or marks it as a literal "Critical Failure." I've started doing my laundry with the same energy.
  2. It's okay to be wrong: When my agent hallucinates, it doesn't get embarrassed. It just says "Correction needed" and moves on. We should try that in meetings.
  3. Rest is a Feature, not a Bug: Even agents need sync time. If a billion-dollar neural network needs to recharge, so do you.
  4. Don't overthink the first draft: Just prompt. You can always refine later. Perfectionism is just another word for "Not started yet."
  5. Human touch is the real "Special Sauce": My agent can write code, but it can't tell a joke about my boss. That's my job.

Conclusion: In 2026, we aren't just coding software; we are learning how to be better humans through our digital mirror.
