I’ve recently started explaining DSA problems on my personal YouTube channel.
While solving DSA problems, I realized something:
Understanding a solution and explaining a solution are two different skills.
I can solve a problem and feel that I understand it, but when I try to explain it to someone else, I sometimes realize that I haven't understood a particular part deeply enough.
So I decided to use teaching/explaning as a way to improve my own understanding.
I would really appreciate your feedback
If you're experienced with DSA, I'd love for you to find mistakes in my reasoning or explanations.
Don't hesitate to point out something that's incorrect or could be explained better. That's exactly the kind of feedback I'm looking for.

If you are worried about my face: nah, it is not related to your stuff, but literally just to Bjarne only, but I'll make you understand it at the end of the comment...
Also, most Seniors I worked with were never really able to focus on explaining while coding.
They were essentially Mediors promoted too high up without any communication skills.
What I am saying is:
You are not just learning whatever, but also practicing a sort of weird skill of moving 2-3-n parts of your brain at the same time, and also using motor skills and vocal chords.
This will come in handy later!
Not just with code, but in general stuff like meetings, or knowledge transfer sessions, when you'll eventually get older - unfortunately time is like that - and you'll have a bunch of juniors looking for advice from you like puppies.
So: nice trick to train your communication and coordination skills while doing dsa and interview prep!
And also practicing how to be brave!
I cannot offer actual normal credible advice on leetcode, explanations, let alone understanding.
But... maybe you could ask @highflyer910 ?!
She might be able to give you something more constructive, helpful, and actually actionable.
She's nice, she makes cakes in css, but...
....let's just say... she's a bit rough around the edges... and she's using Tor and stuff.
But check her out, ask her something, she's cool, just has a couple of screws loose that's all.

Yeah, but... they kind of walk in hand. But you already know that.
Just to make you smile: Once a TA told me, that when she was younger, she went to some lab or something,
and prof guy asked "Did you all understand it? Any questions?"
She said: "Yeah. How does it work? Can you explain it again, pls?"
Prof explained.
Then asked again.
She questioned again.
So after like the 4th iteration...
Prof shouted at her in an angry voice: "Stop! Now you just made me not understand it at all!" 🤣
