Hey everyone,
This is my very first post here, so I thought instead of diving straight into content, I’d share a bit of my story.
I didn’t grow up surrounded by tech. In fact, life felt pretty chaotic at times. For me, computers and programming weren’t just “cool skills to learn” — they became a kind of escape. What really drove me into software was the promise of endless possibilities and the ability to create whatever I could think of.
Over time, what started as a way to distract myself slowly turned into a passion. I realized that coding isn’t just about machines — it’s about creating, solving, and building a future where I feel free. My vision? Building a community that supports and helps each other grow in the various subgenres of the computer science domain.
Right now, I’m on a bit of a wild journey — I’m learning Java, Cybersecurity, and JavaScript with its frameworks all at once. Sounds ambitious (or maybe a little crazy 😅), but I enjoy seeing how each one forces me to think differently. My plan?
Strengthen my basics with DSA in Java
Use Java and Spring Boot to explore backend development
Dive into JavaScript + Next.js for frontend projects
And see where Cybersecurity takes me.
Eventually, I will dive into Artificial Intelligence with Python to familiarize myself with the concepts and recent tech stacks.
But here’s the thing: this blog isn’t going to be just tutorials or technical deep dives. I want to write about the human side of learning tech: the excitement of figuring something out at 2 AM, the frustration of bugs that refuse to go away, and the little wins that keep us going.
I’ll also share projects I’m working on, as well as roadmaps, resources, reviews, and what not! I love being updated with developments in AI and modern software, tech stacks, and production ideologies, so best believe I will try my best to keep all of you refreshed, too.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re juggling too much, doubting your progress, or just trying to find your place in tech — then you’ll probably see a bit of yourself in my posts.
So here I am, hitting “publish” on my first Dev.to story. Not perfect, not polished, but real, and I would love to grow with you all.
Let’s figure this journey out together and build a community! Say hi in the comments, we are here to stay!
