Meta Muse can plan your day, find a bakery and draft a message. What it cannot do on its own is pick up the phone and talk to the person at the counter. Assindo can. Assindo is an AI phone assistant: it calls businesses for you, works through phone menus, waits on hold, talks to whoever answers, and writes up what they said. Connect it to Muse and you can ask Muse to hand a call to Assindo, then ask Muse how it went.

How to Connect Muse to Assindo
Step 1: Ask Muse to create the connector
Assindo is not in Muse's built-in Connector list yet, so you add it as a custom connector. In a Muse chat, type: https://mcp.assindo.com/mcp - create a custom connector. Muse checks the server, sees that it signs you in with your Assindo account, and opens its Secure credentials store.
Step 2: Enter the server and the Client ID
In Add custom connector, keep mcp.assindo.com as the server and type meta-muse in Client ID, then tap Add.
Step 3: Sign in with your Assindo account
A Connect Meta Muse to Assindo page opens. It lists what Muse will be able to do as you. Sign in with Google, Apple or email, the same login as the Assindo app.
Step 4: Done
Muse confirms that Assindo is connected and ready to use, and asks what you want Assindo to do first.
Try It
- "Have Assindo call a bakery near me and ask if they can make a cake for 12 by Saturday. Info only, don't order."
- A few minutes later: "How did the bakery call go?"
- "Tomorrow at 9am, have Assindo call my internet provider and ask why my bill went up."
Muse confirms with you before anything that places a call, publishes a post or uses your plan.
What Muse Can Ask Assindo to Do
The connector gives Muse the same three things you do in the Assindo app:
- Create a task. A phone call (book, ask, cancel, follow up), a post on X or LinkedIn, something at a set time, or research. The task description is all Assindo sees, so the more detail the better: the business and its number, exactly what to ask, and anything to avoid.
- Check a task's result. The status, what Assindo found out, and the call summary. A call usually takes 2 to 5 minutes.
- Send Assindo a message. Ask what happened on a call, what is on your task list, or hand over a request in plain words.
FAQs
What is the Client ID for Assindo in Muse?
meta-muse. The server is mcp.assindo.com.
Does Muse dial the number itself?
No. Muse hands the job to Assindo as a task, and Assindo's own assistant places the call under the same rules as in the app: business hours only, no redialing someone who just declined, information-only when that is all you asked for, and your plan's limits.
Where do I see the results?
In the Assindo app, where you also get a notification, and in Muse: ask "how did the call go?" and Muse reads the status and call summary back.
Does it cost extra?
No. Calls and tasks count against your normal Assindo plan, exactly as if you made them in the app.
Can I connect Assindo to Claude too?

Why does Muse warn that Meta does not review custom connectors?
Meta shows that notice for every custom connector. Assindo only acts as the account you sign in with, and only through tasks and messages you or Muse create; you can read Assindo's privacy policy linked at the bottom of assindo.com.
How do I disconnect?
In Muse, open Settings and remove Assindo under Connectors. Meta notes that information Muse already used may stay in its memory and conversation history, and you can ask Muse to forget it.
Can Assindo call my own phone as a test?
Not while your phone forwards calls to Assindo: the call would loop back into your own Assindo assistant. Test with a business call instead.
