A few years ago, I could usually tell when a person wrote an article.
Today, I'm not so sure.
The grammar is perfect.
The formatting is flawless.
The structure is polished.
And yet… something often feels missing.
Personality.
The internet is filling up with content that's technically correct but emotionally empty.
That's not a criticism of AI. I use AI tools almost every day.
The problem is when we stop adding our own experiences.
People don't remember perfect sentences.
They remember stories.
They remember mistakes.
They remember opinions.
As creators and developers, I think our biggest advantage isn't writing faster.
It's sharing things only we have experienced.
AI can generate code.
AI can summarize articles.
AI can rewrite documentation.
But it can't genuinely describe the frustration of launching a project that nobody visits or the excitement of fixing a bug after hours of debugging.
Maybe the future isn't about competing with AI.
Maybe it's about being more human.
What do you think?
Can you still tell when something was written by a real person?
