Automation isn't the goal. Boring consistency is.

Everyone asks what tool I use to automate. That's the wrong question.

The tools are interchangeable. The hard part is the boring part: publishing on a schedule, logging what actually happened, and not rewriting the same post ten times.

I automate the plumbing so I can spend my attention on the one thing that matters — shipping.

Here's what changed when I stopped optimizing and started shipping:

1. I publish the imperfect version. It's editable later. Unpublished isn't.
2. I log every result, even the zeros. A zero is data, not a verdict.
3. I keep the system boring on purpose. Boring systems don't break.

If you're stuck, automate less and ship more. The compounding starts after the tenth boring post, not the perfect first one.
