Been talking to a few people who do freelance development and I keep hearing the same thing — the technical work is the easy part.
It's everything else that's brutal. Keeping clients happy, finding the next project before the current one ends, managing your time when three things need attention at once.
Curious what it's actually been like for people here. What's the thing about freelancing that caught you off guard or still hasn't gotten easier?
