I built an offline invoice app in a single HTML file

I wanted a small invoice and quote tool that did not require an account or sending client data to a server, so I built InvoiceHarbor as one self-contained HTML file.

What it does

  • Quotes and invoices, with one-click quote-to-invoice conversion and paid tracking
  • Reusable clients, tax/discount, logo, three document styles, any accent color
  • A4 and US Letter print layouts; save as PDF from the browser
  • JSON backup/restore; data lives in localStorage; no backend for documents
  • About 119 KB with the embedded Inter font; no framework, no build step, no CDN

Demo

The demo uses sample data and does not save changes.

Source

The source is available under a one-time license: $24 personal (one end product) or $149 agency (unlimited client deployments). Payment is via Wise. Details: https://myproj-20250827-f32e05.web.app/

I am the developer of this app. Feedback on the data model, printing and the agency use case is welcome. The app is a document tool, not accounting or tax software.

If you want to own the source, there is a one-time $24 personal license (one end product) or a $149 agency license covering unlimited client deployments. Payment is via Wise; no subscription: https://myproj-20250827-f32e05.web.app/#pricing
