For technical customer-facing teams:
I published The Support Machine for AI as a book, but also as a GitHub repo, Markdown source, PDF, and AI skill.
The experiment is that the work should not only be readable. It should be usable by agents. The same material can be read as a manuscript, inspected as source, or used to create operating artifacts like launch runbooks, vendor scorecards, shadow-run plans, and first-30-days reviews.
In short: I tried to make the book executable.
