I'm a firm believer in the importance of feedback, but I also think it doesn't happen nearly enough.
I think one of the most underutilized tools we have is giving feedback. I also think that we don't spend enough time developing this skill, which is good for the whole team if it's done right.

For me it was the people who simply told me that I was good. That had a huge impact.
I'm not alone. You wouldn't believe how many people overthink things, have doubts, self-esteem issues, ...
If people are good, remember to tell them that they are good.
