🚀 SupportMind: An AI Customer Support Agent with Memory
For HackHyderabad 3.0, I built SupportMind, an AI customer support agent designed to remember important customer context and previously successful solutions.
🧠 What is SupportMind?
Traditional customer support systems can answer questions, but they may not remember what happened in previous conversations.
SupportMind focuses on AI-powered memory so that the agent can use previous customer interactions and successful solutions when responding.

- Maintains memory for each customer
- Recalls previous issues and solutions
- Extracts useful information from conversations
- Provides more contextual responses
- Maintains a shared playbook of solutions
- Helps avoid repeating the same troubleshooting steps
💡 The Idea
The goal is simple:
Make AI customer support more contextual, consistent, and less repetitive.
For example, instead of asking a customer to repeat the same troubleshooting steps, the agent can use relevant information from previous interactions.
