In BUBUVERSE, STC enters circulation through a mining-style mechanism, not through immediate trading. To participate in this system, users interact with two distinct NFT types that serve completely different purposes.
Genesis Boxes represent ownership. Holding a Genesis Box means holding equity in the STC ecosystem. Genesis holders are positioned as shareholders, with access to STC allocations at TGE and additional benefits tied to long-term participation. They are not miners; their role is structural ownership.
Special Labubu NFTs serve a different function entirely. They are not equity. They are mining instruments. When a user mints a Special Labubu, that NFT can be staked in the Genesis STC Pool to generate STC over time.
The mining process follows a Bitcoin-inspired model. STC is emitted in blocks at fixed intervals. Each block’s reward is distributed among miners proportionally, based on their share of total staking power. There is no randomness or manual distribution — only deterministic allocation.
A halving mechanism is built into the system. Every four years, the amount of STC generated per block is reduced by half. This gradually limits issuance and introduces scarcity over time, favoring early participation while keeping long-term emissions predictable.
One key point often overlooked is that miners and shareholders are not in competition. They operate in parallel. Shareholders receive equity-based benefits, while miners earn production-based rewards. Both roles are required for the STC economy to function as designed.
This separation of ownership and mining is intentional. It allows BUBUVERSE to grow its token economy gradually, ensuring STC has real utility and distribution before any market listing.
Understanding this distinction removes most of the confusion around STC and clarifies how value is meant to flow inside the BUBUVERSE ecosystem.
