The Struggles That Inspired Me to Build TaskQueue

Hey Developers! 👋

Managing tasks and staying focused has always been a challenge for me. I found myself juggling multiple tools—using a notes app to write down goals, a separate to-do list builder for tasks, and a timer on YouTube or Google to track work sessions. The worst part? Setting everything up took so long that I’d often get distracted by search results or videos, losing valuable time and momentum.

That’s why I built TaskQueue, a Chrome extension that combines task prioritization and focus timers into one simple tool. It’s designed to make productivity effortless, helping you stay on track without juggling apps or falling into distraction traps.

How TaskQueue Helps
Task Management: Quickly add tasks with descriptions and tick boxes for tracking.
Focus Timers: Set 25, 60, or 90-minute timers for Pomodoro or deep work sessions.
Night Mode: Keep working late without straining your eyes.
Archive Completed Tasks: Keep your workspace clean by moving finished tasks out of sight.
