To elaborate a little, the reason that interfaces make classes easier to test is that we can replace the actual implementations when writing unit tests. We might replace them with mocks, e.g. using libraries like Moq, or we might sometimes create an implementation specifically for testing purposes.

Something to keep in mind when deciding between abstract classes and interfaces is that there is a saying: prefer composition over inheritance. Composition often allows for more flexibility, e.g. we would not be able create the Truck class using this model:

An alternative would be to create a Motor class and build the Truck and Helicopter classes using composition.
