Spark v2.2.0 is here!

Spark has had some tweaks made to it since its last revision.
Now things are glowing brighter than ever!

So... what's changed?
Here's what:

(most) properties can now be cascaded via data-cascade
Spark now has a logo
the <body> no longer has a flex layout by default
removed data-sticky
removed data-fullwidth
removed the iblock and inline values for data-flow
removed the (re)sizing for h1-h6 in text/heading.css
added the indented value for data-textstyle
made hanging an adjective to indented
changed the default style of <hr>s in text/text.css
removed the .code class in favor of the code value for data-textstyle
added code value for data-textstyle
removed data-pixelated-children and data-crisp-children in favor of the data-cascade attribute
