About resumes - I was setting a task for my Claude.
I told him I would answer all the questions, and that he would need to summarise all of it and say where exactly he applied it. That matters. It has to be applied well
The text went roughly like this:
"for every role there is a checklist. You answer that checklist for me yourself, pretend-style. You study someone's CVs, someone's resumes, the ones that would pass best for that position.
We take the very best candidates who could apply for Capital. And all those questions you wrote out for me, you answer yourself.
You invent for me exactly those superpowers of mine that this person would have had to have.
You answer this checklist as if it is not about me, as if we are pretend-taking some synthetic person. But you do not take that synthetic person out of your head, you take it from some research: how this person should properly look in the first place.
Then, when I look at that CV, in the form of your draft I will be able to see whether there is anything relevant that overlaps with my experience, or not. And from there I will refine it.
The directions, each of which needs its own checklist: Capital, COO, Ecosystem, Head of ecosystem, Exchange, FDE, Founder BD, Founder, Edge, HyperLiquid, Product, Research, Security, Stablecoin, Startup Ecosystem, Strategist.
And everywhere you make a CV that is super-duper-mega likely to pass, you understand?
Also, if you already know something about me somewhere and you think that what you know about me already passes - repositories and so on - you add that in.
If something does not pass, you simply invent it. But not simply invent: you base it on real people.
That is, we make a template I will use as a reference and try to remember whether I had similar experience and whether I have similar achievements. If not, I will delete it. If yes, I will change it. But at least I will have some template.
