I set a task for my Claude. I asked him to run a research pass on my work in the incubator
We worked in an incubator for 10 years and incubated a great many projects over that time.
I am now planning to take a job with a new employer. The thing is, while I worked in the incubator I was COO/CTO there, and together with a team of engineers I helped the projects we incubated finish building out their backends.
We helped them on the engineering side: we improved the product, we optimised it. For example, if a project was doing machine learning and burning a great deal of money on training models, we helped optimise the training.
We also helped write smart contracts, run security audits and so on.
Here is the question:
Now that I am planning to take a job, do I have to list all the projects I incubated? Or might that fall under an NDA?
With some of them we signed an NDA, with some we did not. I am afraid of naming a project.
My Claude has to tell me whether it will be a red flag if I do not name the projects we incubated.
I can, however, give the metrics we improved in those startups.
Or, if I do not say exactly who we improved those metrics for, will the mention of the metrics look like a red flag by itself?
For example, I could be told:
How can anyone believe your numbers if you cannot name the company you helped?
I want my Claude to go into this in more detail.
In general, a research pass is needed on this subject.
